What is it?
Time magazine named these as the 'Best Design of the 20th Century'. The Eames DCW chair or “Dining Chair Wood” was designed in 1946, the famous design couple had been experimenting with molding plywood for a while including helping the U.S. Navy creating splints and stretches for World War II. The chair has been in continuous productions since its conception and can be found in a range of different finishes that have changed throughout the years from natural Rosewood to dyed blue and red and even the ebony all-black.
